I'll fix the menu error.  I just forgot about it last time.  If you
have a better solution for a shortcut that doesn't require the keypad,
I'd be happy to try to implement it (e.g., a single key binding that
cycles between the 9 justification positions).

I went out and bought a cheap USB keypad, which was my solution to the
problem of dealing with the obscure arrangement of function key +
keyboard keys on my laptop.
