However: I redesigned the opencircuitdesign.com website, and compiled and posted all new versions of everything, along with all new instructions. This gives the quickest path to getting xcircuit up and running in the Windows/Cygwin environment. I have not tried following these new instructions from scratch, so I will depend on some feedback to tell me if everything works as described or not.
