[Xcircuit-dev] 74xx library

I notice that the pcb distribution has a definition of every kind of 74xx
gate in a very simple form.

If we can settle on a preferred schematic symbol for each size of 74xx
chip, I can probably convince perl to parse their 74xx definitions and
write out xcircuit gates.  Do you think the IC templates look exactly the
way you want them to, or should we edit them a little first?  I haven't
learned how to add parts to libraries yet in xcircuit (other than user),
so there are some steps I would need help on.
