#64 presistant channel messages from log

Could we use the logfile in a useful way so that conversations are not cleared when a dialogue window is closed and re-opened, or the program is restarted and the channel auto-rejoined, for example?

This behavior would just pre-load the log file to the channel or dialog window on open, if relevant log info exists. It would be super useful to remember old conversations and what people have said without launching a test editor against the log file.

Basically, this is the same behavior as the win 32 version of x-chat, so code could be "borrowed" from that perhaps.
