#61 Selective log, notify and join/part

There are channels I only need to appear in the list but I don't need to log.
Other channels are used a realtime chat, so a command to bounce the icon in the dock or similar would be useful.
The same for join/part messages (this one is a duplicate of another bug/feature request).

A few contextual menu items in the channel button or a more sophisticated solution would be really appreciated.
