#50 Hide join/part messages flag/option for specific channels

I can do this right now through a little bit of work:

- First I make sure the Hide option is not selected (checked) and join the
channels where i want to view the join/part messages (i.e. a low revolving
door channel).

- Then I select (check) the option to Hide and join the channels I don't
want to see join/parts (i.e. in a high revolving door channel).

This process I use is kind of tedious, and it would great to have an option
for specific channels instead of globally. This option could be listed under
the Window list (i.e. same as Ban List, Channel List, etc.).

I agree, it would be very useful, however chat-aqua should
still show join/part of people in the notify list.
A context menu item on the channel tab would be perfect.
