#45 Use system-wide proxy settings (location)

MacOsx has this super nice feature called "locations". It allows one to
define multiple "locations", each of which defines settings for proxies,
dhcp and what not. The usual example is some using a laptop and having
different proxy settings for his home or his office.

If only XChat used it, I'd be very happy - currently I always have to
manually enter the proxy host at work, remove it from home, pretty
annoying. One good usage of this feature is made in Adium, where the
preferences allow the user to choose between "no proxy", "system-wide
proxy(=location)" or custom settings.

I hoped it would be in this new release, but since it isn't, I'm now begging
for it !
