#11 Unicode Support

Xchat Aqua is my favorite client, except for one thing: there's very limited unicode support. One can type Unicode text just fine in the client, but reading other peoples' responses is another story. Unfortunately whenever I need to communicate in non-Latin language I need to load Chatzilla.
