#157 Crash: Switch tab, when window minimized (reproducible)

Hi,

I've defined "Switch tabs with": Shift-Command-Left / Shift-Command-Right, in Preferences->Tabs.

Now, I open X Chat Aqua with several channels, then minimize X Chat (command-M). No window of X Chat is visible now.

I press Shift-Command-Left/Right to switch to next tab. Then, X Chat crashes reproducible.
