#3 Wanted serverlist feautures

This is not exactly an bug, but I will submit it here anyway.

I've seen everywhere in the menues but havent found an
option to get pm's and chans sorted.

And whould it be possoble to set some settings like what
channel to autojoin on a whole group of servers, instead of
typing it in on one and every server?

maybe also have an option to tell where a server is located.
and from that info just join the nearest server and outo
connect to the next nearest server if first one fails. maybe
also make it possoble to set "most wanted countires" of
what to choose first when you connect

Maybe also get it possoble to write /server EFNET when I
want on efnet.

Hope it whould be possoble to make something like this. I
think that xchat whould be a lot better if something like this
whould be implemented.
