#216 Option to exclude certain nicks from nick completion

Hoi,

an option (reachable via the settings window) to exclude certain nicks (as specified in a list) from the "nick completion" (tab) feature would be nice.

I've attached a patch which implements this feature, but you'll probably want to have a look for yourself, as my patch isn't all that nice style-wise. It's 82 lines (including diff's "meta-output"), so it doesn't take long to do it.

If you don't think this would be useful: lots of channels have ChanServ or bots in them (e.g. nicks you practically never mean when tabbing) which really are a pain in the arse with the current system.
