#131 Visual notification on channels that have "beep on message"

On windows, a lot of IM clients have a visual
notification, where the icon on the taskbar flashes
until the app has been selected. I think there is
something similar in the gnome world.

What I would like is for channels have have "beep on
message" turned on that it would also blink when there
is a new message. This will make monitoring a mostly
silent channel easier.
