Nick Completion will always match the ':' character,
even if the setting is changed to a different
character. This has been seen in version 1.8.10 in both
Windows and Linux.

The Nick Completion Character is supposed to be the
character that is tacked on to the end of a tab-completed
nick. Instead, it is being used for both that purpose and as
the signifying charater for automatically completing a nick.
This should be fixed so that ':' is not a special catch-all
case, and either the description of the Nickname completion
character should be changed to describe it's full use or
another dialog should be created to allow the user to decide
what character to use for tab completing a nick. Attached is
a picture of some test cases.
