I'm using xchat 2.0.5 and when I ban someone the ban
goes wrong

example:
I want to ban foobar!foobar@test.test.com

so I type: /kickban foobar

but the script do:

+b *!*fooba@*.test.com

did you see? it "eat" the last letter of username.. it
bans fooba and not foobar

obs: with right-click kibk/ban works perfect

sorry about my english

att,

Flavio Caetano

Can anyone give me precise steps to reproduce that bug ?
    when I do a /kickban foobar, I don't see any problem, raw
    log gives:
    >> +b foobar!*@*

    ...

The ban function also tends to ban entire ISPs rather than
    small ranges of IPs.
