When using a 'Move Completed files to:' diretory, xchat
v1.9.8 (linux 2.4.19) will temporarily freeze while the
file moving is in process. I like to move my files to
another directory via NFS, which can take up to 2
minutes for some really big files. The freeze causes me
to get disconnected from the irc server because of the
typical 180 second timeouts they use.

    There isn't much that can be done about this. The code that
    performs the move appears to be in the main execution
    thread, any delays introduced there will unfortunately hold
    off other events from being processed. I've suggested to
    Peter the creation of another thread to perform the move but
    this does appear a bit overly complicated for a situation
    that only affects very large files and slow remote file
    systems. Hope you enjoy the move on complete feature even
    still.

    Chris, the 'move on complete' feature is indeed very nice, I
    use it (almost) all the time. This problem is probably very
    rare for other people, and I won't bother bugging you on it;
    It's not a high priority. But thanks for looking into it!
