#1602 Delay $time in join server

I am not sure if my point could be valid but i think it would be good to have that, if possible.

I am using xchat since last couple of year. I use two server, one which is internal for our office purpose and one is freenode. What happens is, when i start xchat, it tries to connect both of them at the same time. Now the one (internal), my server respond quickly (since server is internally connected) so it get always connect first and freenode takes some times to connect (5 to 10 sec) since it goes through internet and may be it depends on the load of the server. The actual problem is, since freenode connect later, on joining it comes on top of the screen and the one which join first (internal) goes below.

I use internal more then freenode. User ping me, goes down in my screen and if i am on freenode interface, sometime i miss to see them so my requirement is, internal should be on top of the xchat windows. So is there a chance we can have delay join option? if i add delay for internal server, meanwhile freenode comes and then internal so that it could always stay on top.

Does it really look feature request from your view?
