#1599 Contractions are incorrectly flagged by the spell checker

XChat 2.8.8 flags many contractions as misspelled words, when they aren't.

For example: I've, isn't, shouldn't, aren't.

Hexchat claims to have fixed this in their code, although I haven't verified it.
