#1596 Double-clicking a username should start a conversation with them
When I want to converse privately with an IRC user, my instinct in Xchat is to double-click their name in the username list. Right now, this does nothing.
As a workaround, I can right-click their name and select Open Dialog Window, but this is not exactly intuitive.
