#1594 Scrollback is wrong when shutting down abnormally

Version: 2.8.6-2

When XChat is shut down by forcing shut down in windows (Win Key -> Shutdown) or forcefully shutting off in Linux, the scrollback is not preserved. When I restart XChat, it shows scrollback from a long time ago, probably following a time when it was shut down properly.
