#1413 query -nofocus focuses new tab

Command "query -nofocus foo" creates the tab "foo" if it does not exist, but then focuses it. Focus should remain on current tab when -nofocus parameter is used.

    Duplicate bug, however this is actually intended (at least for now). --nofocus is slightly misleading, but is meant to handle what happens if the query already exists. For new tabs, they follow the tab_new_to_front /set option
