so I was able to compile xcdroast successfully on AIX. I was able to make it work with starting it like "xcdroast -n -f "0,1,0;0,2,0" for the attached devices. The cdrecord that gets delivered with the Linux Toolbox for AIX contains the outdated version 1.9 of cdrecord. So I thought it is a good idea to upgrade to cdrtools 2.0. The package compiled fine but xcdroast does not see any devices with the option -f "..." anymore when I use the new cdrecord binary. Any ideas??
try first to get cdrecord working without X-CD-Roast.
like with "cdrecord dev=0,1,0 -inq".
X-CD-Roast should still work fine, so I guess its a
cdrecord installation problem.
