#2 Error in MatrixSeg

Thank you for this wonderful tool for copy number analysis for WGS.
Our lab have previously used EXCAVATOR for panel analysis. Right now, I am trying to use XCAVATOR for WGS analysis.
I am writing this e-mail to troubleshoot an error occurred at XCAVATORDataAnalysis.pl step.
Erroe:
perl XCAVATORDataAnalysis.pl ExperimentalFileAnalysis1.txt --processor 4 --target MyLabel627 --assembly hg38 --output Output --mode paired

number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length

Multiprocessor Analysis Complete!

The window size used was 100000. Initially, I tried with 50000 and had issues at XCAVATORDataPrepare.pl step. (NaNs were present)

It will be great if you can let me know about how to correct this error.
