#4518 [FVT]:copycds -p has issues when there is / after the specified direcotry

if execute "copycds -p /install/tmp/" instead of "copycds -p /install/tmp". there is "//" after /install/tmp after copycds finishes.

copycd on debian/ubuntu doesn't support -p, -o, -w options!

At the same time, will clean up the debian/ubuntu messsage as it's misleading since we are copying cds for SLES
