#4254 [FVT] rcons --version return invalid information

I notice that version is coded into this script. That means we need to change it with each new release. It would be good if it could extract it from Version.pm libary like the Perl scripts do. That would imply that perl-xCAT* rpm is installed where you run rcons. I did not do that.
