    I had fixed this bug with git commit hash number 3b0260 for 2.8 and 8751f2 for master.
    And I'd like to explain the last issue, the min/cur/max param for vmmeory means allocate at least min memory for the partition if there is no enough memory as cur value. For example, if there is 3G memory left, if the request value is 1G/6G/16G, it will try to allocate those 3G memory to the lpar rather than return error.
