#15 Suppress icon file extension in desktop entry

Hi Christian,

The latest desktop-file-install 0.9.3 says:

• desktop-file-install --mode 0644 --dir /home/pm/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/xca-0.9.3-9.fc20.x86_64/usr/share/applications --delete-original --add-mime-type application/x-xca-database --remove-category QT /home/pm/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/xca-0.9.3-9.fc20.x86_64/usr/share/applications/xca.desktop
  /home/pm/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/xca-0.9.3-9.fc20.x86_64/usr/share/applications/xca.desktop: error: (will be fatal in the future): value "xca-32x32.xpm" for key "Icon" in group "Desktop Entry" is an icon name with an extension, but there should be no extension as described in the Icon Theme Specification if the value is not an absolute path

therefore the attached patch removes the file extension from the icon file name in the desktop entry file.
