#68 Improve date/time input fields (in CRLs)

1. Currently user can enter current issue date of CRL later than next issue date. Maybe it can be useful sometimes, commonly this means that user's input was invalid, and user should be warned.
2. Input field for date doesn't support input from keyboard. It isn't so important for date - user can use calendar. But to set time the only method is to use keys up and down. What is more, time doesn't jump over zero. To change from 06:59 to 07:00 user should press keys 60 times :(
This should be improved unambiguously.
3. This is important for me since I want to issue CRL at local midnight. But current checkboxes doesn't allow such setting, so I have to set time manually. So, checkboxes could also be improved.

    The DateTime input allows editing by keyboard.
