#62 Lack of "GMT" indication while creating revocation entry

While creating revocation entry XCA seem to use GMT, no matter what timezone users is on. For the first look I thought it's a bug, but now realised it's a feature, therefore I only ask to to add "(GMT)" indication so noone gets confused nor put data wrong.
