#119 Subject Alternative Name editor doesn't support x400Address, directoryName and ediPartyName

Subject Alternative Name editor doesn't support for , directoryName and ediPartyName (available in rfc5280)

I know they are seldom used on the generic Internet, but I'm right now working on some ICAO specification which requires certificate with an x.400 address in the subject alternative name extensions, so they're not obsolete/depreacated either.
