xc3sprog is a suite of utilities for programming Xilinx FPGAs, CPLDs, and EEPROMs with the Xilinx Parallel Cable and other JTAG adapters under linux. Originally based on code written by Andrew Rogers (http://www.rogerstech.co.uk/ ).
Hello!
When I had "parallel_port-programmer" and board with Spartan-3, I did command
"xc3sprog -c pp". It worked pervectly.
Now I have a Win'XP and xilinx usb-cable with system name:
usb-hs USB\VID_03FD&PID_0008\5&476FB6F&0&5.
Additionaly I have a board with FPGA Spartan-6.
Command like this "xc3sprog.exe -c xpc" does not work.
What command can I run for detecting this device by using usb-cable? Or I can not detect jtag-chain with spartan-6 by using this program and this cable?
Thanks in advance!
Evgeniy
P.S.: When I used my usb-cable under Win'7 I see system driver details below
"Port_#0005.Hub_#0008"

You have to install libusb for windows. Find a start in README.Win32. Please
report how you proceed.

Hello! Thank you for answer. ISE detects this usb-cable. xc3sprog can not.
Where can I find libusb for windows7?
Thanks in advance,
Eugen
