#17 Issues with Xilinx DLC9

Trying to get this running on a Raspberry Pi 3 . I have a real Xilinx DLC9. When it attaches it's seen as 0007. I fxload /opt/Xilinx/14.1/ISE/data/xusb_xp2.hex and it changes to 0008.

When I try to view it, I get -

could not set config 2: Connection timed out
No dongle found
usage:  xc3sprog -c cable [options] <file0spec> <file1spec> ...
