#13 XC3S50AN new lot ICs not programming

Hello,

Previously I asked about XC3S50AN But I have 2 lots of XC3S50AN. So old lot with date code 1321 printed on IC is programming and executed successfully using xc3sprog with command mentioned in user manual i. e.

xc3sprog -c cable -v -Ibscan_spi/xc3s50an.bit top.bit

but with same command new lot ic (date code: 1909) is not programming.

On Xilinx's website they have mentioned changes in XC3S50AN IC in XCN14003 (http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/customer_notices/xcn14003.pdf).
Also given xcn14003_iMPACT_patch.zip on https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/59572.html this page.
So for xc3sprog is there any need of this patch file? How to execute it? Please Help.
