Yes, ADBUS6 is connected to VCCIO. I checked this pin in the
oscilloscope but it never falls to LOW level.

I did do it but still XC3SPROG doesn't detect the FPGA.

I will check the connections on my schematic (OOCDLink-s board)
particulary at ADBUS pins that are not JTAG port  (TMS,TCK,TDI,TDO).

[another question] Does anybody know about any  JTAG interace
published as a free/open project?
