Ok, one problem solved and now you hit the next issue.

There is a mistake in the XCFP code which only affects devices larger
than XCF08P. Apparently you are the first one to program a big XCFP
device since then.

Could you try the attached patch?

And thanks for reporting these issues. We really depend on good bug
reports to keep xc3sprog working accross a wide range of hardware.
