[Xc3sprog-users] Project web page

Hi,

I'm working on a web page for xc3sprog.
A prototype is online here: http://xc3sprog.sourceforge.net/n/

The current version only provides information which is also on the 
sourceforge summary. However, I plan to add the manual page and a table 
of supported hardware. The page is mostly intended for new users who are 
trying to decide if xc3sprog could be useful for them.

In any case, this should be an improvement over the default sourceforge 
project site http://xc3sprog.sourceforge.net/

Suggestions and criticism are welcome. Otherwise I will just continue 
this and move it in place of the default project site.
