I submitted an attempt at Virtex-5 programming. It has only been tested on 
XC5VSX50T but it should in theory work for all Virtex-5.

The Spartan-3 flow also works for Virtex-5, so it was just a matter of 
tweaking the XC3S code. Much easier than I had anticipated.

There were a few Virtex-5 ID codes in devlist.txt that are not consistent 
with the information in the Xilinx BSDL files. I updated those entries to 
match the BSDL files. But if the old entries came from a more reliable 
source, they should of course not be changed.
