For me and some coworkers, xc3sprog works with SPI flash and S33. I tested
with FT2232 cable and on windows too. So if you have an error report or
enhancement request, please, be explicit.

For me it looks like people didn't notice the bscan_bpi subdirectory and
the need to load the bscan_bpi bitmap first.
