[Xc3sprog-users] Inconsistant license information

Hello,

Joris van Rantwijk just pointed to
"inconsistent licensing information" on the tracker.

I obviously copied the License file from a libray project, so there was a
wrong reference to LGPL and not GPL. If there are other flaws, please let me
know.
