I maintain a tool called PackXBR used for mass pixel-art upscaling.
At the moment, users are currently required to download a copy of ScalerTest themselves and put it in the same directory as PackXBR.exe, which could prove pretty inconvenient.
Because of this I would like to embed ScalerTest into the executable of PackXBR.
What is the license ScalerTest is currently distributed under? (Would it allow this). If the current license it is distributed under would not allow me to do this, could I please get written consent for embedding ScalerTest?
Thank you so much!

Thanks!
Could you expose the other scalars to the command line arguments along with xbrz? ScalerTest_Windows.exe -<scale>xBR input.png output.png ScalerTest_Windows.exe -<scale>HQx input.png output.png
