Now with full ISO9660 support, this feature would be be
extra great!
I think a lot of people like to join 3 CD movies to AVIs
that cross the 2 GB limit on DVDs.

MPlayer 1.0pre3 released, Codecs & demuxers update:
saveable and loadable index files (workaround for formats not
supporting files over 2GB)
I wonder if this workaround would help in playing OpenDML
AVI's onder 2GB in size? I realize that even if it did, this would
not be a permanent solution and would not solve other
OpenDML issues in MPlayer

a Patch has been submited to MPlayer for OpenDML AVI2.0
read support, so now all we have to do is wait until the
MPlayer devs test and implement this patch into their CVS,
then it can be ported over into XBMP.
If you like to comment on this please subscribe to MPlayer's
mailing list and send them a mail as will not get OpenDML AVI
support until MPlayer does. I've sent mail to MPlayer's mailing
list before but I'm only one person and it was not enough to
pursway the MPlayer developers, really what you all (users)
need you do sing up to thier mailing lists (or mail will be
rejected) and send them mails lobbying why and how you
want 'full and compelete OpenDML AVI support in MPlayer' as
the more poeple who writes to them to show the demand for
OpenDML support the bigger the chance is that they will
actualy listen and code this. No pun intended thoughwards
the MPlayer guys and their great project and skills.
