Sort out the Help menu, create Help info

  • Help -> Wake on LAN -> Client
    • Say that it switches on the server if Wake on LAN is enabled
    • Say how to get the MAC address of the remote XBMC server - ping, then arp -a
  • Help -> TCP Port -> Server
    • Say how to open the port
  • Help -> Wake on LAN -> Server
    • Say how to enable Wake on LAN, probably only works for ethernet connections? See if its possible with WIFI connections too

This help dialog should take the same layout as the Settings Menu - tree on the left and content on the right

Note: Changed the UI design to something simpler. Also these help topics are rendered through HTML files, which will make it easier to add new ones
