I have tried using the Gentoo ebuild for the last couple versions, and each time "ebuild xbgmsharp-0.9.1.0-10.ebuild digest" results in:
!!! app-misc/xbgmsharp-0.9.1.0-10 does not follow correct package syntax.
I myself am not really much of a programmer, I'm more of a hobbiest Linux user and have only made a few shell script myself, so I'm not exactly sure how to fix the ebuild. I am running 2.1.2_rc1-r1 of portage, which is still in ~x86 testing, but I'm not sure if this is the problem due to xbgmsharp ebuild being ~x86 as well.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
In order to make it work you need to rename the ebuild xbgmsharp-0.9.1.0-15.ebuild
to xbgmsharp-0.9.1.0-r15.ebuild.
That's way it respect the Gentoo revision package syntax.
Sorry about that.

I should've noticed that. It was staring me in the face the entire time. Meanwhile, I thought it was a problem with the contents of the file. ^_^
