#68 Auto-add prefix/namespace to preference page

Creating a BizDoc from a schema or a new Bizdoc with an associated schema (with a prefix/namespace) will generate an xmlns namespace declaration for the prefix/namespace of the schema, on the BizDoc root element. (The namespace declaration is not currently displayed in the Design View - see Bug #2882625.)

Since the users has selected a schema to work with, the user ought to be able to easily add elements from the schema to the BizDoc. However, although the namespace is added to the BizDoc - it is not added to the Preference page for namespaces. Thus, the user has to manually add it to the Preference Page (or type in the prefix/namespace each time).

I would recommend that XAware automatically add the prefix/namespace (that the user has already selected from a schema or wsdl) to the Preference Page. Or even better - if we want to continue to allow the user control of the namespaces appearing in the Preferences, add checkbox(es) to the "Namespace Information" section of the wizard-dialog that specifies the prefix/ns to "Add selected namespaces to the Preference Page", similar to the Add Namespace Declarations dialog in the Modify Additional Namespaces flow. This allows the user same level of control as the current implementation, while providing a shortcut for adding namespaces specified on the BizDoc creation.
