#16 Creating BizDoc from SchemaNav options

When creating a BizDoc from a Schema navigator template (selecting icon for "Export selected template as BizDoc..."), the wizard has limited options:
- Create default handler
- Mark elements with matching components in catalog

This wizard should probably include similar options to the Make New Bizcomponent:
- Create/choose input type
- Validate input XML
- create/choose response type

(although these could be added in the template itself).
