#836 Namespace declaration not visible in Design View

Creating a BizDoc from a schema or a new Bizdoc with an associated schema (with a prefix/namespace) will generate an xmlns namespace declaration for the prefix/namespace of the schema, on the BizDoc root element. However, the Designer will only display this namespace in the XML view and not in the Design View.

Note: if you use Modify Additonal Namespaces, the added prefix/namespace is displayed in both views. Furthermore, if you map an element using Set XML Path..., XAware will automatically add the namespace (and prefix) to the element being mapped, and the xmlns declaration is shown in both the XML View and the Design (tree) View. (If the mapped element's namespace does not already have an associated prefix, either in the XML being mapped or defined in a namespace declaration in the BizDoc, in the scope of the element, XAware will generate a prefix starting with "p_1", also shown in both views.) Also, if you manually add a prefix/namespace using a text editor, it is displayed in both views.

The prefix/namespace created on the root element should be displayed, just as the "xa" and "xsi" prefix/namespaces, ones added using Modify Additional Namespace, ones manually added, or any mapped element prefixes/namespaces are displayed. The Design View should match the contents of the XML view.
