#826 Issue with edit BizComp reference dialog

Build 6.0..243:

1. Open a BizDoc which contain BizComp reference.
2. Delete xa:remove=yes under bizcomp reference element and save the bizcomp.
3. Right click on BizComp reference element in bizdoc and select Edit BizComp reference option

Observe that "replace reference element with bizcomp result" is preselected even though we have deleted xa:remove=yes in step 2.
