#466 Change symbol for alt-a.

I've updated the symbol for alt-a. The current symbol has "arrl" written at the bottom whereas most (all?) other platforms show this as a diamond. As the current use of this symbol isn't ARRL-specific I think it would be good to change it in the distribution.
