#559 Position always sent to IGate
My Position is always sent to IGate, even when IGate traffic is disabled in the Serial KISS TNC port. There should be a way to filter one's own packets so they only transmit on the RF. Interface: Disable Transmit: My Position does work, but then I cannot send anything at all.
The reason is I use aprs.fi statistics to see where my rf snigals are going and sending them directly to IGate interferes with that. A filter for my call sign on the Internet Server interface only seems to filter packets coming in from IGate, not ones going out.
Perhaps if I am doing something wrong, would someone please kindly tell me how this can be done without modifying source code?
