#524 Top navigation button bar covers edge of map.

With the new font selection features, the height of the top menu bar and the top navigation/mouse function bar appear to have become independent. A build from CVS today on debian resulted in default font settings that have the button bar covering part of the map. The attached screenshot shows the buttonbar covering part of the text in the map border.

The Xastir project no longer uses sourceforge for issue tracking and I am closing all open issues (all of which are very old).
