No

In the "Incoming Data" window, my mouse scroll wheel
works backwards, with an up-scroll moving the contents
down and vice versa.

Not noticed on other windows such as "Local Stations",
"All Stations", "Mobile Stations", etc.

My scroll wheel works fine in some of the dialogs, but
doesn't do anything in the Incoming Data window. Could this
have something to do with your widget set, window manager
settings, or Motif settings? What OS, version, and widget
    set are you running?

I am running Lesstif (despite what we7u says, I get better
    luck with LessTif than OpenMotif).

I notice that the reverse-scroll wheel also happens in the
Station Info box. It's entirely possible that this is what I
    meant initially...

Look at list_gui.c, functions with "Callback" in them and also
mouseScrollHandler(). These additional callbacks may be the ones
that are handling the mouse scroll wheel properly for the View dialogs.

Well, I just ran thru all the options on the 'view' menu. For the most
part, items which display as a 'table' such as 'view/wx stations' operate
correctly, while items which display a single large text box, like
'view/message traffic' operate with the scroll wheel 'backwards' in the
text box, but correctly in the scroll bar itself.
However, there is one exception: 'View/Wx Alerts' shows a single text
box which operates CORRECTLY with the mouse wheel, both within the text,
and over the scroll bar. So a comparison of that function with the other
text-style view functions might be revealing.

The Xastir project no longer uses sourceforge for issue tracking and I am closing all open issues (all of which are very old).

If this issue is still important, please open a new one on https://github.com/Xastir/Xastir.
